There is a log house and a private guest apartment on the property. Both are currently available for rental.

THE LOG HOUSE AT RIVER REST DUBOIS
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with a deck overlooking the river along its entire length.
At one end of the house is a living room that opens onto the deck and at the other end is a fully stocked full kitchen and a dining room/sun room that also opens onto the deck.
You may reserve the log house either as 2 bedrooms and 1 bath – which sleeps up to 5 people or as 3 bedroom and 2 baths – which sleeps up to 9 people.
No smoking.
No pets
Wi-fi included.
The rate for the Log House at River Rest is $250 per night for 3 bedrooms or $175 per night for 2 bedrooms.
Three night minimum.

THE PRIVATE GUEST APARTMENT
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at River Rest Dubois that is separate from the house. It has its own WiFi and its own firepit.
There is a fully stocked kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, cutlery, flatware and tableware.
Sleeps up to 4 people.
No smoking.
No pets.
Wi-fi included
The rate for the Private Apartment is $139 per night.
Three night minimum.

9% Sales and Lodging Taxes will apply.
There is no cleaning fee, but there is a $200.00 refundable security deposit.
We invoice through PayPal. When paying the invoice you may choose to pay with your PayPal account (easy to set up if you do not have one) or you may choose the ‘pay with credit or debit card’ option.
Reservations will be held with a 50% deposit until 2 weeks prior to your stay. If you cancel, at that point your deposit is refundable minus a $35 processing fee. The full balance and the security deposit are due 14 days prior to your stay. Cancellation after this point would result in refund of security deposit only.
