Things We’d Like You to Know
Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
No smoking.
No pets.
We provide towels and linens. There are extra towels provided but we do not change them daily. We offer a change of towels, if requested, after every 3-4 nights and a weekly change of sheets, if you are staying longer.
There is liquid hand soap and dish soap provided, but no bar soap, shower gel, or shampoo.
There is a coffee maker, but you will probably have to provide your own coffee.
There is plenty of parking room on site.
Please observe local fire restrictions. Use only firewood in the firepit or the fire ring. Burning brush or branches is not allowed.
The closest gas station is about ¾ mile east on Ramshorn St. There are also several others in the nearby area.
Groceries are available at the Dubois Super Foods and the Family Dollar store both on Ramshorn St less than a mile away. Family Dollar is a good place to get eggs and milk.
There are several good restaurants in downtown Dubois on Ramshorn St about a mile down the road from us.
There is a charming bakery called ‘2 Moms’ next to the hardware store. Turn in at the sign for the hardware store and it is the log cabin to the left of the parking lot.
